The ideal candidate will have a strong background in MPD operations, specifically with RCD systems, and will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient execution of RCD work in a challenging offshore environment.Key Responsibilities:- Set up, operate, and maintain RCD equipment in accordance with company policies and procedures.- Monitor and control wellbore pressure during drilling operations to prevent blowouts and ensure the safety of the crew and equipment.- Collaborate with other team members, including drillers, engineers, and geologists, to optimize drilling performance and achieve project objectives.- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to RCD equipment and operations.- Maintain accurate and detailed records of RCD operations, including equipment performance, wellbore conditions, and any incidents or anomalies.- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations and actively participate in safety meetings and training sessions.- Provide technical support and guidance to other team members as needed.Qualifications:- Minimum of 3 years of experience in MPD operations, with a strong focus on RCD systems.- Technical diploma or degree in a relevant field (e.g., petroleum engineering, mechanical engineering) is preferred.- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively under pressure.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.- Knowledge of industry safety standards and regulations.- Willingness to work in a remote offshore environment on a rotational basis.
