The HSE Advisor will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations to maintain a safe working environment for our employees and contractors. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement HSE policies and procedures Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify potential hazards Provide HSE training to employees and contractors Investigate accidents and incidents to determine root causes and prevent recurrence Collaborate with management to develop strategies for continuous improvement in HSE performance Stay current on industry trends and best practices in HSE management Required Skills and Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in HSE management Experience in the renewable energy sector is preferred Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and standards Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Certification in HSE management is a plus
