As a Senior Project Engineer, you play an important role in delivering complex projects successfully. With over 10 years of experience in project engineering, you manage both technical and administrative aspects of projects, ensuring goals are achieved on time, within budget, and to the required quality. Key Responsibilities
- Lead the creation and management of project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring they align with objectives and stakeholder expectations.
- Coordinate efforts across engineering, procurement, and construction to meet all technical and operational requirements.
- Perform and oversee technical evaluations, risk assessments, and feasibility studies to support informed project decisions.
- Track project progress, proactively identify risks, and implement corrective measures to keep milestones on schedule.
- Review and ensure technical documentation meets all regulatory, safety, and quality standards.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, contractors, and regulatory bodies throughout the project lifecycle.
- Offer mentorship and guidance to project engineers, encouraging continuous learning and high technical standards.
- Support the development of junior engineers, helping them grow in both technical and professional areas.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent.
- 10 years of project engineering experience, ideally in the oil and gas industry.
- Strong background in leadership, technical problem-solving, and decision-making.
- Proficient in project management tools and software.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
- Effective communicator with solid interpersonal abilities.
- Team-oriented with an eye for detail, accuracy, and quality.
