NES Fircroft are looking for a painting/coating specialist to lead and manage all painting/coating activities , ensuring quality standards, compliance, and continuous improvement. The role will be in based in the UAE. 

Key Responsibilities: Quality Assurance

• Ensure compliance with project specifications and management systems.
• Support audits, quality planning, and contractor assessments.
• Coordinate vendor and contractor painting/coating activities.
• Liaise with HQ Corrosion Department.

Inspection & Vendor Management

• Approve and monitor contractor/vendor procedures and qualifications.
• Ensure qualified personnel perform all coating work.
• Review inspection reports and address quality concerns.
• Collaborate with engineering, inspection, and QA/QC teams.

Audits

• Plan and conduct audits and inspections.
• Participate in customer quality reviews.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain audit records.

Qualifications:

• Engineering degree (preferred)
• NACE Level III or equivalent (10 years certified)
• 15 years in major gas processing projects
