Quality Lead Engineer
Location: UAE (Residential)
Start Date: September 2025
Contract Duration: 12 months, renewable
Induction: A few weeks in Paris before mobilisation

About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Quality Lead to join a major upstream development project  for one of our key clients in the energy sector. This position will oversee quality activities across engineering, procurement, and construction for the Network Pipelines and Wellpads package.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and maintain Project Quality Management Systems (QMS)
• Ensure EPC Contractor quality activities are in line with contract requirements
• Lead audits, inspections, and corrective actions
• Monitor quality performance and reporting across all phases
• Supervise a small quality team and act as focal point for quality-related matters
• Ensure alignment with HSE rules and promote a culture of continuous improvement

Profile Sought:

• 15 years in oil & gas project execution with at least 10 in quality leadership roles
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and EPC contract quality management
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus
