The team - your impact
As the Technology Pathfinder - Digital/eCommerce - Tech at Energy Retail (f/m/d) - you will act as a trusted advisor, ensuring the alignment of IT capabilities with business goals, while fostering and leading organizational change to enable the successful implementation of the technology strategy.

You are a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of both technology, market players, business strategy and organization delivery. You enjoy bridging the gap between the company's strategic objectives, the technological requirements and the organizational set up? The you are exactly who we are looking for.

• Comprehending the company's business strategy and converting it into technological capabilities
• Supplying the strategy department with technological capabilities to unlock value potential
• Possessing in-depth knowledge of the "Digital/eCommerce" domain
• Offering guidance on the application of technology to meet specific regional requirements
• Identifying which segments of the value chain should be localized versus those suitable for centralized operations based on economies of scale and acceleration potential
• Spearheading IT/Tech organizational transformation to create a structure and setup that caters to multinational operations

Your profile - authentic & open-minded

• Completed degree in business informatics or management coupled with extensive relevant work experience
• Demonstrating strategic thinking across various organizational levels
• Displaying a problem-solving, flexible and innovative mindset
• Operating with autonomy and a sense of accountability
• Demonstrating high-level technological proficiency
• Exhibiting excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively engaging with stakeholders at all hierarchical levels and managing interactions at the executive level
