POSITION :Syncade MES Engineer

PRIMARY OBJECTIVE: Support Syncade project execution

QUALIFICATION: Bachelor of Engineering Computers / Electronics/Instrumentation from reputed university MSC Instrumentation / Computers from reputed university

EXPERIENCE: Total experience of 4- 8 years in Automation / MES experience at least 2 years. Hands on experience on MES systems like Rockwell, Werum, Siemens, ABB Or Hands on experience on Pharmaceutical Batch automation projects

JOB PROFILE:

Lead the detail design and implementation activity for MES projects based on Emerson MES platform-- Syncade.

Interface with customer- gather requirements, workshops for solution review.

Requirement analysis to develop Functional specifications and design.

Detail design and implementation using Syncade Recipe Authoring Tool, VB.Net, ASP.Net, C# and SQL Database design and implementation

SKILL INVENTORY / TECHNICAL SKILLS :

• Recipe Authoring
• HTML, XML, VB Script
• Database : SQL
• GAMP, FDA validation and 21CFR part 11 compliance
• Pharmaceutical manufacturing process

MANAGEMENT SKILL :

Good written and verbal communication skills

Ability to lead team
