EngineeringWe are looking for a Project Engineer - Project Execution to join our team.
The purpose of the Project Execution team is to grow Process radar project sales focusing on a specific WA by supporting and coaching throughout the often many years long project life cycle. In the early phases, you will work with the pursuit sales team then once the order is won the focus turns to the Global Project Management offices and finally during execution of the order you manage the order by in cooperation with the factory in Sweden for manufacturing, inspection and delivery.
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Build and maintain close relationship with key partners
Coach, guide and support the global project organizations in requirement reviews and support with technical expertise.
Be aware of project pursuit funnel and reach out to support during pursuit to ensure successful
Assure that the global project organization is aware of all implications of the customer requirements and that these are acted upon in time
Assure that the order is clean prior to manufacturing start
Manage the execution of the project at RTR being the liaison between the factory and the project organization
Host the customer inspection
Train key project and quote stakeholders in our technical offering and our processes to strategically improve the knowledge level of level instruments globally
Provide expertise to both internal and external parties
Continuously improve our processes

University engineering degree or relevant work experience
Experience in working with customers
Proficient in Swedish and English, both written and spoken

Experience on Level Instruments products
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Organized and structured way of working

We are located in Mölnlycke Företagspark, just outside of Gothenburg. We offer the possibility of working from home one day per week.
