- Investigate production issues, disposition problem, implement corrective actions, and conduct RCA (method, program, material, etc.).
- Apply Lean Manufacturing to improve cycle times and reduce waste.
- Create a standard procedures and technical documentation for new machine, new method, and standarization after improvement.
- Provide CNC Program, Interpret technical drawings and specifications for pre production meeting.
- Manage consumable tools and fixtures for the threading process, including future order preparation.
- Collaborate with production teams to ensure efficient workflow and smooth operations.
- Create process routings and generate the cost estimates.
- Provide quotation and internal/client cost breakdown
- Design or modify jigs, tools, or fixtures if needed for production improvement.
