Role & Responsibilities:
- Timely communication & projecting visibility to all stakeholders about critical parts, stock out conditions with the help of continuous engagement with internal & external stakeholders by means of available tools.
- Management of material master data for buy parts/OSP items
- Process documentation and updates.
- Coordinate with customs and logistic to have smooth imports.
- MIS work for reporting data in 1st and 2nd shift
- Prepare OSP ageing report and taking action to reduce ageing.
- Prepare Open PO report and its ageing
- Documents checking for GIT material and GRN defect - pre check
- Material Put away follow-ups and GRN follow-ups
- MIS Support for Advance license.
- Transaction support for Inventory and CTB - Work Allocation by Buyers.
The Ideal Candidate:
Must have 1 year of experience in material co-ordination (PPC/Material Planning)
Required Qualification:
- Diploma in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical/Automobile
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certified Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing
