PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS
JOB REQUIREMENTS
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Install, service, and maintain ESP equipment at customer sites
- Perform system diagnostics and troubleshooting to identify root causes of equipment issues
- Conduct preventative maintenance to reduce downtime and optimize performance
- Work with engineering and operations teams to ensure proper installation and system start-up
- Prepare service reports, maintenance logs, and documentation of field activities
- Comply with all safety standards, procedures, and regulations while on-site
- Provide on-call support as required
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred; technical degree or vocational training preferred
- Previous field service experience in ESP systems, artificial lift, or oilfield equipment strongly preferred
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
- 2-3 years' experience in ESP, Downhole and cable.
- VSD experience preferred but not required
- Previous Field Service experience required.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively

- Bending/stooping up to 12 hours daily
- Repetitive movement up to 12 hours daily
- Lifting weight up to 50lbs regularly
