We have a current opportunity for a Procurement Manager -T&I on a contract basis. The position will be based in central London 3 days a week with 2 days WFH.
Outside of IR35
2 years likely duration 

Focus:

• Lead contract negotiations for T&I contract.
• Conclude evaluation and selection.  
• Work as integrated part of GBS Work Package Management team.
• Manage commercial and contractual aspects of engineering and execution planning post contract award.

Background required: 

• Negotiation of large contracts (preferably transport and installation)
• Developing commercial models for contracts that aren’t lump sum e.g. elements of the scope will not be able to be fixed and different remuneration will be required such as schedules of rates, indexation, cost plus, lump sum etc.
• Contract and Claims management experience for Fabrication and Installation
