NES Fircroft’s Re:Ignite Returner Programme is designed to help you confidently re-enter the workforce and thrive in today’s evolving energy sector.

About the Programme

This 12-month, cohort-based programme offers:

• Paid engineering leadership placement across a range of disciplines (Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, Process, Software, Systems, etc.)
• Cohort-based onboarding to build community and confidence
• Mentoring from experienced industry professionals
• Technical and soft skills refreshers delivered by NES Fircroft experts

• Pathways to permanent roles 

Who Should Apply?

We welcome applications from mid- to senior-level engineers who have taken a career break of over 12 months and are looking to return to meaningful work. You may have previously worked in:

• Energy (Renewables, Oil & Gas, Nuclear, Utilities)
• Infrastructure or Construction
• Manufacturing or Industrial sectors
• Technology or Systems Engineering
