The Lead Process Engineer will working within the manufacturing process at our West Chester, Ohio location. In this role, you will impact departmental operations and be responsible for planning/execution.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Program and Run EDM Wire Machines
• Program and Run CNC Mill/Lathe
• Develop, configure, and optimize industrial processes from inception through start up and certification
• Assess processes, take measurements, interpret data, and document results
• Communicate project outcomes to senior leadership
• Lead projects intended to design, run, test, and upgrade systems and processes
• Develop best practices, routines and innovative solutions to improve technology and processes related to additive post processing
• Develop and audit process specific work instructions
• Perform risk assessments and implement abatements
• Provide process documentation and operating instructions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university (or a high school diploma / GED with a minimum of 4 years of manufacturing or design experience)
• At least an additional 3 years of manufacturing or design experience

Desired Characteristics:

• Lean Six Sigma experience and/or formal training
• CAD experience, particularly Unigraphics NX
• Experience with EDM technologies
• Experience programming and running CNC equipment
• Experience with additive manufacturing
