Wood is seeking Expressions of Interest for Health Safety & Environment (HSE) Advisors to join our Operations business based in Darwin, Northern Territory. This opportunity is an office-based role and available on a full-time / part-time basis.

Reporting to the HSE Manager, you'll be supporting a key client, and internal functional and delivery teams in the operational aspects of day-to-day and strategic HSE management.

Expected:
You will be an Australian citizen or be eligible to hold Permanent Residency (PR) to work lawfully in Australia.
• Bachelor's degree in HSE/WHS/OHS (preferred); or Australian Diploma, NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent;
• 2-5 years of relevant HSE experience; and
• Proven delivery of HSE programs that positively and pragmatically influence safety culture

RESPONSIBILITIES
Reporting to the HSE Manager, you'll be supporting a key client, and internal functional and delivery teams in the operational aspects of day-to-day and strategic HSE management.
You will be:
- An effective communicator, particularly in providing expert advice to various internal and external stakeholders; and in seeking or providing feedback;
- Committed to building rapport and meaningful relationships with clients, peers and Contract Management;
- Proficient in developing HSE interface documents that support enablement of planning;
- Sensible, objective and diligent in opportunities to learn - such as in assurance programs and incident investigations; and
- Proactive in taking a holistic approach to HSE and the contexts in which we work in our industry.
