As Intern - Service Transformation Engineer you will be a member of the Continuous Improvement team and you will take part in expanding problem-solving methodologies within Daily Shop Management. This role includes ensuring the implementation of improvement activities identified through the production flow analysis.

As Intern - Service Transformation Engineer you will be a member of the Continuous Improvement team and you will take part in expanding problem-solving methodologies within Daily Shop Management. This role includes ensuring the implementation of improvement activities identified through the production flow analysis.
Job Description
Essential Responsibilities
- Support the analysis of the actual scrap material flow during shop visit process, starting from induction to delivery of engine/module
- Interact with different stakeholders in order to ensure the traceability of the scrap materials and their review activities
- Learn how to standardize the new scrap materials flow and define the standard work of each function involved in the process
- Support the proper scrap materials management at the end of shop visit
- Support the KPIs definition in order to properly evaluate the implemented process
- Promote and support problem solving within Daily Shop Management framework
- Share and institutionalize best practices across Cross Production Cells
Qualifications/Requirements
- Master's Degree in Engineering field
- Good planning and organizational skills
- Ability to quickly respond to and manage project changes
- Process-oriented with an analytical mindset (Data Mining & Data Crunching)
- Curious and eager to learn
- Fluent Italian and English
- Work Visa, in accordance with local regulation, is required

- Able to make executive presentations
