Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Package Services Lead to join our major Oil and Gas client during the execution of the EPCIC phase. The role will be based at the EPCIC Contractor’s site and report directly to the WHP Package Manager, while managing a small project services team (up to 6 personnel).
The successful candidate will be accountable for leading project control functions including cost, planning, contracts, document control, and reporting, ensuring that the package is delivered safely, on time, and within budget.

Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and control all project services activities for the WHP package.
- Lead, motivate, and develop a multidisciplinary project services team.
- Ensure project controls, cost management, planning, and reporting are executed in line with company rules, procedures, and best practices.
- Manage contracts and commercial matters, including claims, change orders, and contractor performance.
- Monitor and optimize execution schedules, ensuring alignment with critical path and project milestones.
- Oversee budget, cost control, and forecasting, including timely payments, accruals, and close-out.
- Implement and maintain documentation systems and support digitalization initiatives.
- Act as focal point for coordination between contractor site and HQ on services functions (contracts, HR, finance, DCC, planning).
- Ensure compliance with HSE policies, standards, and regulations across all activities.
The Project is a large-scale offshore development spanning several years and involving multiple EPCIC contractors across different international sites.
The project scope includes:
- 9 new Wellhead Platforms (WHPs) with jackets and topsides (16–30 well slots).
- Riser Platform (RP) with ~22,000t topsides and brownfield tie-ins.
- Central Processing Platform (CPP) with ~28,000t topsides and living quarters for 200 personnel.
- Extensive subsea infrastructure (pipelines, risers, power and control cables).
Qualifications & Experience required:
- Graduate Engineering degree from a recognized university.
- Extensive proper work in offshore oil & gas project execution, with strong background in project services (contracts, cost control, planning, reporting).
- Proven leadership and team management skills in a multicultural project environment.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written) with excellent communication abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office; strong working knowledge of Primavera and SAP.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex interfaces, deliver under pressure, and drive performance in line with project objectives.
