Overview

The Minerals and Metals (M&M) Division team at AtkinsRéalis provides tailored engineering solutions to the mining industry, integrating environmental considerations at every stage of a mining project-from initial engineering phases through construction, closure, and post-closure monitoring.
Our services help clients meet the highest standards and best practices in environmental management for mining operations. We contribute positively to the social acceptability of mining projects in a context where the energy transition will increasingly require the exploitation of mineral resources.
If you identify with this mission, there is a place for you at AtkinsRéalis.

The Sustainable Mining Development team includes more than 100 employees at all levels of expertise, working on projects in geotechnics, water management, mine restoration, and environmental services for major mining companies such as Rio Tinto, Newmont, Agnico-Eagle, and Glencore.
We deliver projects in Canada and abroad, including South America and Africa. We offer a work environment focused not only on career development but also on personal growth and well-being.
