Job Opening: Maintenance Scheduler
Location: Qatar
Industry: Oil & Gas
Experience: 7 years (including 3 years in Planning/Scheduling)
  Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and release 12-week and 14-day maintenance schedules.
• Optimize resource utilization and task prioritization.
• Conduct weekly performance reviews and reporting.
• Coordinate with stakeholders for integrated scheduling.
• Ensure material readiness and campaign planning.
• Use SAP PM for backlog review, task integration, and KPI tracking.

Min Requirements:

• 7 years in maintenance planning/scheduling in Oil & Gas.
• Strong SAP PM module expertise.
• Experience in preventive/corrective maintenance scheduling.
• Familiarity with EHS standards and KPI compliance.
