Function description

As a Service Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring the optimal performance of advanced mechanical and automation systems, both in-house and at client sites. Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing tools, parts, and documentation for service tasks.
• Performing inspections using measurements, testing procedures, and product knowledge.
• Conducting basic machining tasks and repairs.
• Reading and applying technical drawings and manuals.
• Diagnosing and resolving system failures on-site.
• Carrying out modifications and upgrades to equipment.
• Advising clients on maintenance, usage, and technical developments.
• Training client operators and technicians on safe and effective system handling.
• Providing detailed reports on service activities to internal stakeholders and clients.

Requirements

You are a technically skilled and client-focused professional who thrives in both workshop and field environments. You bring:

• A solid technical background in mechanical, electrical, or automation engineering.
• Experience in a workshop or field service setting.
• Proficiency with tools, machines, and measuring equipment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• A proactive, flexible, and results-oriented mindset.
• The ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• A good command of English (for technical documentation and client communication).
• A valid driver's license and access to personal transport.
