We are currently seeking a Planning Engineer, reporting directly to Project Manager to join our Planning team based in Mumbai.

About the mission we offer you:

We are seeking an experienced professional to oversee and manage the responsibilities below.

The planning engineer will be responsible for monitoring and controlling a L3 P6 project schedules for the project developed by the EPC contractor as a PMC role. The Schedule shall be verified against the contractual milestones and analyzed in terms of reliability of timing. The role requires ensuring that all project activities are planned, tracked and reported in accordance with PMC standards and client requirements and Saudi Aramco Standards.. He has to report to Senior PE and PM.
  • Ensure that the contractor shall develop, implements, and maintains detailed project schedules in line with project execution plans.
  • Ensure that the contractor shall coordinate with engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning teams to gather progress reports, critical path analyses, and look-ahead schedules to management and the client.
  • Analyze delays, identify risks, and propose mitigation measures.
  • Monitor contractor progress and performance against baseline schedules, highlighting deviations and corrective actions.
  • Ensure compliance with PMC standards, project control procedures and client reporting requirements
  • Manage the PMC cost engineer activities in verifying the progress of the EPC Contractor
  • Support claims analysis and extension of time assessments as required.

About You:

Qualifications: Bachelors degree in engineering with Minimum 8 years of experience including at least 5 years experience in Petrochemical Industry.

Languages: English (Fluent)

Main skills: Minimum 8 years of experience

Note : Candidate must have PMC experience. Also candidate needs to have preferably experience working on ARAMCO projects. It is mandatory to have Offshore projects experience.

Candidate would be based in Contractor office for 6-8 months & later will be based in Yard.
