O&M Training Manager
Location: Initially Paris, France (with future relocation to Ruwais, UAE)
Start Date: ASAP
We are seeking an experienced O&M Training Manager to join our team and lead the development and delivery of world-class training programs for a major LNG facility. This role is ideal for a senior engineer with strong training management expertise and extensive oil & gas industry experience.
Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive training plan, including curriculum, materials, and delivery methods for LNG operations.
• Supervise and coordinate a team of training coordinators, writers, and instructors to ensure timely delivery of training.
• Review, validate, and ensure training programs comply with project specifications and industry standards.
• Oversee vendor/licensor training and on-the-job training activities.
• Conduct progress monitoring, reporting, and assessment of training effectiveness.
• Liaise with technical experts, commissioning, and operations teams to align training with project milestones.

Requirements:

• Degree in Petroleum, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering, or equivalent technical qualification.
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in training management within the oil & gas industry, with a strong focus on LNG.
• Certified senior trainer with a proven record of designing and delivering technical training programs.
• Strong knowledge of LNG operations, safety procedures, and industry regulations.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multi-discipline teams and work effectively with vendors, licensors, and client representatives.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
