Job Description Summary

The EHS Reporting and Analytics Leader will play a pivotal role in driving GE Aerospace's digital analytics program, ensuring compliance with key sustainability reporting requirements, Sarbanes-Oxley (SoX) regulations, and annual Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS) reporting expectations. This role is critical in advancing Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) performance through robust data governance and operational excellence.
The successful candidate will:
• Lead efforts to ensure accurate and timely data delivery for company data fulfillment requirements, including sustainability reporting, Sarbanes-Oxley compliance, and Bureau of Labor Statistics reporting.
• Drive enhancements in EHS performance by establishing strong data governance practices and fostering operational excellence across the organization.
• Partner with business EHS leaders to provide targeted site support, including active involvement in the EHS site governance audit program.
• Develop and streamline GE Aerospace EHS procedures and processes to improve program optimization
• Support internal senior stakeholders by delivering insightful reporting and analytics to inform decision-making.
• Work closely with cross-business communities within the GE Aerospace EHS team to align strategies and share best practices.

Job Description

Essential Responsibilities:
  • Ensure accurate validation, management, and reporting of GE Aerospace EHS data to support compliance, decision-making, and performance tracking.
  • Oversee EHS reporting and data control processes to ensure alignment with annual sustainability report requirements, Periodic Senior leadership and board level reporting and company goals.
  • Drive improvements in EHS performance by ensuring data systems are optimized to meet both current and future business needs, enabling proactive decision-making.
  • Champion systematic data excellence across the GE Aerospace business by implementing robust governance practices and fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making.
  • Lead initiatives to enhance EHS processes, ensuring operational efficiency, compliance, and alignment with organizational priorities.


Minimum Required Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) analytics, data governance, and reporting.
  • Demonstrated expertise in driving operational excellence and leading process improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency and performance.
  • Familiarity with sustainability reporting, Sarbanes-Oxley (SoX) compliance, and Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS) requirements.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical or business field, or equivalent experience in related areas.
  • Experience in developing and implementing enterprise-wide improvement process strategies.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills paired with excellent communication to influence, engage, and align diverse teams.
  • Knowledge of data lake manipulation and dashboard development using visual analytics platforms.
  • The is a remote role; must be willing to travel up to 20%.


Desired Experience and Characteristics:
  • Ability to navigate and lead within complex global environments, including manufacturing, project-based, and service settings, as well as customer sites, contractor operations, and partner organizations.
  • Experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining robust Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) management systems that drive compliance and performance improvement.
  • Proven ability to drive critical thinking and problem-solving to address complex challenges and deliver innovative solutions.
  • Skilled in conducting enterprise-wide audits and implementing effective change management policies and practices based on audit findings to improve organizational safety performance.
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership capabilities, with a track record of building credible, constructive relationships with peers, business partners, and internal stakeholders to achieve shared goals.
