Your Role and Responsibilities

We are looking for a passionate Quality Specialist who is dedicated to exceeding customer expectations and ensuring sustainable operations. As a Quality Specialist, you will be the customer's voice within our local teams, providing valuable feedback to enhance the customer experience.

Your responsibilities

• Act as the product quality specialist for designated product areas, ensuring delivered quality meets datasheet specifications and customer expectations. Handle customer complaints and drive continuous improvement.
• Manage supplier quality cases and manufacturing quality costs. Approve deviations, lead investigations, and drive problem-solving and improvements across operations.
• Develop and implement quality standards. Conduct regular quality audits to ensure compliance with internal and external requirements.
• Analyze quality data to identify trends and improvement areas. Represent the "voice of the customer" and "voice of quality" within the organization.

Qualifications for the Role

• Hold a Master of Science in engineering.
• Several years of experience in quality work or as an engineer.
• Be knowledgeable in electronics and mechanics.
• Possess strong knowledge of drawings, circuit diagrams, quality methodologies and PPAP.
  Have proficiency with quality management software and tools. Have experience with Quality Management Systems (QMS), such as ISO 9001 or IRIS.
• Knowledge in Lean 6 Sigma and preferably Green Belt certification.
• Bring a collaborative mindset and a proactive, solution-oriented approach, backed by strong communication skills-both written and verbal-to drive results and build trust across teams.
• Possess advanced problem-solving skills with a proven track record of solving complex quality issues.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
