Fully remotePosition Summary:
Maintains and services diesel and gas-powered generators for commercial and industrial customers. Ensures reliable backup power systems through inspections and repairs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform routine and emergency generator maintenance.
• Diagnose engine, alternator, and control panel issues.
• Load test and inspect batteries, fuel systems, and wiring.
• Maintain accurate records and service logs.
• Comply with manufacturer and safety requirements.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent; generator training preferred.
• 3+ years generator service experience.
• Knowledge of diesel/gas engine systems and electrical components.
• Ability to read schematics and service manuals.
• Strong mechanical and troubleshooting ability.
• Travel Expectation: Approximately 75%
