As a New Product Introduction Engineer, you will work in a team of experienced colleagues who are responsible for introducing new products into production in accordance with the unit's strategy.
In this role, you'll help run what runs the world, by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact.

This Position reports to:
Production Development Manager
Your Role and Responsibilities
As a New Product Introduction Engineer, you will work in a team of experienced colleagues who are responsible for introducing new products into production in accordance with the unit's strategy.
In this role, you'll help run what runs the world, by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact.
- Work model: onsite
- Grade: 14
- Process optimization: Optimization of production and non-production processes in line with Lean Six Sigma.
- International projects: Participation in multinational projects related to the production and development of switchboards.
- Cooperation and communication: Communication with the R&D department at a global level and close cooperation with local production.
- Preparation and proposals: Preparation of internal instructions, work procedures, and standards; proposals for production lines, layouts, and assembly fixtures.
Qualifications for the Role
- Completed university education in a technical field
- English language skills at least at B2 level are required
- Knowledge of CAD or other 3D programs
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office and Visio
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Carefulness and reliability
- Creative and proactive approach to work
