Responsibilities

What You'll Be Doing:

• Dominate the market by educating customers on the money-saving, future-proof benefits of renewable energy.
• Master your craft by staying sharp on Mpower's products and services.
• Own the process - make enrollments seamless, accurate, and fast while staying 100% compliant.
• Crush your numbers by meeting and exceeding daily and weekly sales goals.
• Be the closer customers trust, answering questions with confidence and a winning attitude.
• Lead by example as you represent Mpower with drive, ambition, and integrity.

What We Offer:

• Competitive Pay: Base salary + uncapped commissions, bonuses, and weekly compensation (OTE $35,000-$60,000).

Qualifications

What We're Looking For:

• Strong communication skills with a confident, positive attitude
• Self-motivated, reliable, and open to learning
• Coachable and growth-minded
• Full-time availability (Mon-Fri, 11 AM - 8 PM)
• Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Sales experience is a plus, but not required; we provide full training!
