Are you a technically strong and safety-driven engineer with a passion for safeguarding well integrity in offshore operations?

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Well Integrity Lead Engineer to join our Field Operations department at TotalEnergies EP Malaysia. This strategic role leads the development and implementation of well integrity programs, ensuring compliance with PETRONAS regulations and TotalEnergies standards while maintaining operational safety and reliability across all assets.

Activities

Your Impact

As a key member of the Field Operations team, you will:

• Lead the formulation and deployment of well integrity policies, procedures, and monitoring systems.
• Provide technical assurance and strategic guidance in managing well integrity incidents and planning interventions.
• Oversee surveillance, audits, and reporting to ensure prompt resolution of integrity issues.
• Coordinate risk assessments and develop mitigation plans with Drilling & Wells and HSSES teams.
• Maintain accurate well integrity data and documentation in systems such as UWIMS/WellView.
• Promote awareness and share monthly dashboards with stakeholders.
• Ensure governance through alignment with internal rules and coordination with the Well Integrity Steering Committee (WISC).

Candidate Profile

What We Are Looking For

• A university degree in Petroleum, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in field operations, drilling, and well integrity.
• Strong knowledge of well integrity management systems and regulatory compliance.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and resolve complex offshore issues.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
