Saipem has completed the conversion of the Scarabeo 5 semi-submersible drilling unit into a floating plant for the separation and boosting of hydrocarbons (Floating Production Unit - FPU).

The conversion of the Scarabeo 5 into an FPU is a key milestone of the contract awarded to Saipem by Eni Congo in August 2023 as part of Eni's Congo LNG Project, the country's first natural gas liquefaction project. Saipem's activities entailed the engineering, procurement, construction, transportation and commissioning of the FPU to be installed offshore the coast of the Republic of Congo, northwest of the Djeno Terminal, at a depth of approximately 35 metres.

Mission

• Implement HSE management systems in operational context according to the Company HSE guidelines and standards
• Ensure the management of all the HSE issues for the pertinent area

Tasks:

• Develop and ensure the implementation of the HSE Management System in compliance with the international standards

(ISO 14001 / 45001, others)

• Ensure that all sites activities carried out by Saipem are conducted in strict accordance with Saipem HSE Standards
• Ensure the implementation and compliance with the HSE plans and procedures
• Establish an HSE monitoring and audit program

What will you bring:

• Operational experience in HSE in Oil and Gas industry
• Experience on FPSO, offshore platform or FPU
• Valid BOSIET
• Ability to work in offshore environment - Republic of Congo
