Vestas Blades Process Engineering establish an effective engineering organization capable of setting new industry benchmarks in manufacturing excellence. the main purpose of the organization is optimize existing blade manufacturing processes and develop robust, standardized and capable processes for new blade designs and to deliver consistent, high-quality engineering support across all manufacturing sites.
The Lay-up Blades process department is responsible for Lay-up process flow, PFMEA, risk assessments, process specs and requirements. Shall also create the process road map for the present and future states within Lay-up process, ensuring standardization via process optimization to ensure process stability and capability to improve overall business performance.

Responsibilities

• Create the process road map, for the present and future states
• Process standardization and optimization to improve overall business performance (SQDC).
• Responsibility for process flow, PFMEA, risk assessment, process specifications and requirements
• Design and optimizing production processes, within lay-up operations
• Facilitate and support Process Optimization in the manufacturing sites

Qualifications

• About 4-5 years of relevant experience in similar roles as described above
• Master's degree in engineering or other similar fields
• Experience and knowledge of optimization and standardization within manufacturing processes
• GB Six Sigma or Advance Manufacturing Process Analysis
• Fluent English
