This Position reports to:
Global HSE Manager (Solutions)
Your role and responsibilities (Mandatory)
In this role you will have the opportunity to lead a team of HSE experts. Each day, you will make sure the team keeps developing capabilities and skills, supporting the business in the implementation of policies, practices and programs. You will also showcase your expertise by driving behavioral change and HSE learning within the organization.

You will be mainly accountable for:
- Serves as the primary HSE interface within their assigned area of responsibility and cultivates a high-performance culture with a strong focus on HSE.
- Supporting line managers and supervisors in the organization in understanding obligations, liabilities and requirements
- Ensuring appropriate tools and measures are in place and used effectively, at the same time reporting the HSE incidents.
- Reporting on HSE performance and progress with respect to the Group objectives
- Drive behavioral change and ensuring HSE capabilities are optimized and aligned to standards and best practices
Qualifications for the role (Mandatory)
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent qualification
- Ability to demonstrate your experience in managing Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) from policies, policies, standards, programs, and practices
- Experienced in embedding an exemplary health and safety culture and a strong focus on the environment across their respective organization.
- Oversees HSE risk assessment conducted by the line management and ensures all necessary preventive measures against the identified hazards are implemented.
- You are at ease communicating in English and one other Asia Pacific language is a plus.
