EngineeringThe project Lead Engineer is responsible for the overall execution of software solutions, automatic control systems, and related instrumentation, providing technical support to the project team, project manager, and client throughout the entire project, from the sales phase, including the design and implementation phases, to commissioning.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Customer Relations - master client needs, expertly manage project scope, and ensure flawless delivery
- Lead engineering tasks for DeltaV DCS Software and Hardware, minimizing cost while meeting schedule and quality.
- Project Management - provide Project Managers with all necessary support and information to ensure that they are fully informed of resource requirements, progress, and areas of risk for the allocated tasks.
- Quality control - ensure that all engineering activities are undertaken by the Company's quality control processes and that the relevant standard is achieved - always enforce to the company's and customer's health, safety, and environmental standards.
- Technical knowledge - acquires, maintains, and actively shares knowledge and experience with the engineering team and the wider organization.

For This Role, You Will Need:
- Engineering degree.
- 8+ years of experience in automation project execution for different industry segments (Oil & Gas, Chemical, Metals & Mining, Pharma etc.) with focus on Distributed Control System.
- Computer literate (MS Office) with software programming skills.
- Proficient in English.
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
- Willingness to travel with a European focus mainly for shorter periods (up to 50%) as required.
- A second European language.
