The focus of this position is on the planning and execution phases of complex renovation projects, for example in pharmaceutical production facilities.

You serve as the on-site point of contact for all matters related to ventilation systems, media supply systems, and cleanroom fit-out, and you act as the interface between the customer, the subcontractors, and the internal project departments.

Explore your tasks and responsibilities

• Responsibility for and participation in customer meetings as well as leading the project team
• Independent planning, conceptual design, project engineering, and execution of modifications in existing cleanrooms or pharmaceutical production facilities
• Construction supervision for the ventilation and cleanroom technology trades
• Coordination of commissioning activities
• Support in preparing functional and performance specifications
• Technical and commercial management of suppliers and subcontractors

Show your expertise

• Completed technical degree in civil engineering, supply engineering, or a comparable field
• Strong understanding of requirements within a GMP-regulated environment (cleanroom, commissioning, qualification)
• Several years of professional experience in cleanroom technology, ideally with a focus on ventilation and air-conditioning systems as well as interior finishing
• Knowledge of common standards and regulatory requirements (e.g., norms, VOB, etc.) is an advantage
• Strong communication skills, persuasiveness, and flexibility
• Fluent German and English skills
