Join our dynamic Startup Department to lead operations planning during the project phase, ensuring safe, efficient, and reliable startup of onshore assets. Key Responsibilities

• Integrate commissioning and start-up schedules for high-quality execution.
• Track system commissioning progress and update operations teams.
• Maintain equipment commissioning status logs.
• Monitor operations readiness deliverables for safe startup and lifecycle maintenance.
• Ensure availability of chemicals and consumables during startup.
• Participate in risk assessments and support risk-based decision-making.
• Assist in closing out operations deliverables post-handover.
• Engage in Risk Based Work Selection (RBWS) meetings and defect resolution.
• Develop Work Plan & Budget (WP&B) and schedules using Primavera.
• Support emergency outage management and generate progress reports.

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 6 years in Oil & Gas or Petrochemical industry.
• Proficiency in MS Office and project planning software (Primavera).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in English (verbal and written).
• Ability to work cross-functionally with diverse stakeholders.
