Project Scope
Engaged to deliver specialist Information Management (IM) services for a major and complex FEED project, with a focus on implementing robust data controls, efficient data flow, and comprehensive reporting systems to enable the engineering team’s effective and successful project delivery.
Deliverables

• Collaborate with project teams to define information management requirements, identify data dependencies, and develop logical and physical data models.
• Design data flow and system activity diagrams, and produce detailed specifications for enterprise information management.
• Engage with project stakeholders to understand and address all reporting, data, and information requirements.
• Coordinate with Information Technology teams to develop data collection mechanisms and reporting tools in line with project needs.
• Create and deliver plans, documentation, and training materials to support user engagement and adoption.
