• Lead daily construction activities and drive safe, efficient execution.
• Coordinate contractors, resources, permits, and logistics.
• Champion HSSE standards and foster a culture of safety.

• Own planning, performance tracking, and continuous improvement.

What You Bring:

• 10-15 years in site construction supervision within oil & gas downstream or industrial/infrastructure sectors.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in English and Dutch (spoken).
• Full Dutch/EU working rights.
