Are you ready to contribute to a cleaner energy future? We are looking for an experienced Electrical Design Engineer - Sensor Development to support the development of a certified sensor solution for electrolyzer stacks used in industrial environments. You will take the lead in the electrical and sensor development process - from requirements to market release - and work with international teams and suppliers to deliver a robust, compliant solution.

What you'll be doing as a Electrical Design Engineer:

• Guiding and supporting the entire electrical & sensor development from requirement engineering to validation together with external sensor suppliers. The series solution of the sensor needs to be CE & ATEX certified.
• Working jointly with other locations and external customers in realizing the sensor solution.

What you need to be successful as a Electrical Design Engineer:

• Experience (~10 years) with series development of sensors in industrial or automotive applications.
• Knowledge of Requirement engineering, FMEA, HARA,Functional safety in relation to product development.
• Knowledge of electronics, embedded software and measurement methodology
• Knowledge of industrial PLC communication protocol
• Knowledge and experience with the required directive is beneficial (e.g., LVD, ATEX, EMC in relation to CE).
• Liaison with both suppliers & customers in order to have successful sensor in the market
• Proactive towards solutions, work in time critical development
• Strong drive to take product to the market
• Fluency in English is required
