What will you do as a Mechanical Engineer Driveline Systems ?

As a Mechanical Engineer Driveline Systems at Ebusco, you will be responsible for the design, integration, and validation of driveline systems within our electric buses. From e-axles and transmissions to suspension interfaces and cooling assemblies, you make sure all components work together seamlessly to achieve top performance, safety, and reliability.

Working closely with cross-functional teams, mechanical, electrical, software, and manufacturing, you play a key role in shaping the future of zero-emission transport.

Your key responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and integration of driveline systems (e-axles, transmissions, multi-gear mechanisms);
• Ensure structural integrity, durability, and NVH optimization;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless system integration;
• Manage supplier interfaces, design reviews, and technical documentation;
• Support testing, validation, and troubleshooting from prototype to production;
• Assist with customer projects and resolve field issues when required.

Wat vragen we van jou?

• Bachelor of Master in Werktuigbouwkunde of Automotive Engineering;
• Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in driveline-, chassis- of powertrain-systemen, bij voorkeur binnen e-mobility of automotive;
• Knowledge in strength, fatigue, and NVH analysis;
• Kennis van automotive communicatieprotocollen zoals CAN, LIN en Ethernet;
• Kennis van algemene automotive standaarden en regelgeving;
• Bereidheid om incidenteel te reizen indien nodig.
