About the Company:

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline
• Minimum 10 years' experience in mechanical project execution within fit out / MEP projects with recent years being spent in UAE.
• Proven track record in managing high-end/luxury projects
• Strong knowledge of UAE construction regulations and authority approvals
• Excellent coordination, communication, and leadership skills
• Currently based in the UAE with valid UAE experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage mechanical project activities from design to completion
• Coordinate with consultants, clients, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution
• Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of mechanical systems (HVAC, plumbing, fire fighting, etc.)
• Prepare technical submissions, material approvals, and shop drawings
• Monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines
• Ensure compliance with local codes, standards, and company procedures
• Provide technical support and guidance to site teams
