Role Summary:

Responsible for planning, execution, and delivery of electrical systems in line with project schedules, budgets, and quality standards across multiple real estate developments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare technical submissions and coordinate with consultants for approvals.
• Supervise and inspect electrical works including LV panels, lighting, earthing, etc.
• Monitor project milestones, manpower productivity, and material requirements.
• Ensure adherence to DEWA and other authority regulations.
• Support procurement team with BOQs and material submittals.

Requirements

• B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering.
• 5-8 years experience in UAE/MENA construction projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and electrical load calculations.
