Orion Group are currently recruiting for an experienced Refrigeration Engineer on behalf of our Client, a successful Inverness based engineering firm providing a wide range of M&E services across the UK

This is a full-time, permanent position and will involve the installation, maintenance, and repair of air conditioning and refrigeration systems across both commercial and residential projects throughout Scotland.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, service, and repair air conditioning and refrigeration systems in residential and commercial properties
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to enhance system reliability and lifespan
• Troubleshoot faults and perform necessary repairs to ensure optimal performance
• Comply with all relevant health and safety standards and company procedures
• Provide exceptional customer service and professional advice to clients
• Keep accurate service records and documentation

What We’re Looking For:

• NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning (or equivalent)
• F Gas Certification (essential)
• Solid experience in installation, maintenance, and fault-finding on A/C and refrigeration systems
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Full UK driving licence
