In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Conduct on-site commissioning, testing, and service for marine products to ensure optimal operation and reliability.
  • Complete all commissioning and maintenance tasks within the required timeframes and standards.
  • Provide troubleshooting and technical support for marine systems and related equipment.
  • Continuously learn and apply new technologies, tools, and procedures to enhance technical capability.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction through quality service, professional communication, and timely issue resolution.
  • Maintain effective communication and collaboration with internal teams to align on customer needs and feedback.

For This Role, You Will Need:

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Marine Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Electrical Engineering.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in commissioning, service, or maintenance engineering (preferably in the marine or industrial field).
  • Strong technical, computer, and programming skills.
  • Good command of English, both written and spoken.
  • Willingness to travel frequently and work at customer sites for extended periods.


Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:

  • Experience in marine equipment commissioning or electrical systems troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with PLC programming or control systems.
  • Proven ability to interface with customers and provide on-site technical support.
  • Previous experience in a multinational or industrial service environment.
