To support this growth, we're looking for an experienced Electrical Engineering Package Manager to join our team in Frankfurt, Germany.
In this exciting role, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing the main electrical contractor (MEC) on behalf of the EPCM contractor. Encompassing design and procurement to installation and commissioning. The role serves as the single point of contact for all Electrical package-related coordination between MEC, OEMs, engineering consultants, construction teams, and the client. The ideal candidate will have experience in industrial plant construction, particularly in mineral processing, chemical or O&G.

To support this growth, we're looking for an experienced Electrical Engineering Package Manager to join our team in Frankfurt, Germany.
In this exciting role, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing the main electrical contractor (MEC) on behalf of the EPCM contractor. The role serves as the single point of contact for all Electrical package-related coordination between MEC, OEMs, engineering consultants, construction teams, and the client. The ideal candidate will have experience in industrial plant construction, particularly in mineral processing, chemical or O&G.
As the Electrical Engineering Package Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
- Act as the primary interface for all Electrical package-related activities with internal teams, MEC, vendors, consultants, and clients.
- Manage and oversee MEC activities with respect to technical and quality outcomes
Prepare and review technical specifications, datasheets, and requisitions for Electrical equipment and systems. - Evaluate vendor proposals and conduct technical bid evaluations.
- Coordinate with vendors for design reviews, document approvals, FATs, and delivery schedules.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, electrical codes (IEC, DIN/VDE, IEEE, API) and safety standards.
- Support construction and commissioning teams with technical clarifications and field coordination.
- Monitor package progress, logistics, and risk mitigation plans.
- Ensure proper integration of Electrical systems with instrumentation, automation, mechanical and process packages.
You are an experienced Electrical Engineering Package Manager with the following qualifications and background:
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or equivalent.
- 15-20 years of experience in Electrical package engineering, with hands-on experience in plant construction.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems in industrial environments.
- Familiarity with national and international standards (IEC, DIN/VDE, IEEE, API).
- Experience in vendor management, procurement, and construction support.
- Proficiency in engineering tools and document control systems.
