Quality Assurance Manager
(Quality Assurance and Market Oversight Team)
£57,869 pa
We are seeking an individual with a strong managerial track record with experience of leading quality assurance teams within a social care context or related field. You will be able to effectively plan and oversee the delivery of quality assurance visits with assessed outcomes across the range of commissioned services in Adult Social Care both in the borough and the wider North East region.
You will also lead in supporting the Provider Concerns process and in any identified safeguarding activity. This is a fantastic opportunity to further develop the quality of the commissioned offer for people in receipt of care and support. If this sounds like the role for you, we'd love to hear from you!
