1. 负责机器人控制柜产品的技术支持工作,包括:解决生产环节中的各类突发技术问题;针对产品设计变更进行技术澄清;主导产品设计质量与可靠性的改善工作;为生产及其他相关部门提供稳定可靠的产品技术支持。
2. 分析来自生产线的控制柜电子模块、线束等失效零部件,开展根本原因排查与分析,撰写技术报告及数据分析报告,协助质量团队推进生产过程的优化与改善。
3. 为新型机器人控制柜的试生产及量产发布提供技术支持,主导量产阶段的技术稳定性优化工作,以降低量产过程中的质量风险,助力新产品顺利完成产能爬坡。
4. 与瑞典及中国的研发团队、技术中心保持高效的技术沟通,确保关键技术信息的及时传递与同步,加速技术问题的解决及设计缺陷的改进。

job requirement

1. 全日制电气工程、自动化或相关专业硕士及以上学历。
2. 具备扎实的电气、电子硬件等领域基础知识;拥有电气系统或电子系统开发经验优先。
3. 能够熟练使用万用表、示波器等各种常用的电子测量仪器;具备熟练的电路元件锡焊技能者优先。
4. 能够读懂使用 C# 或 Python 编写的基础程序代码。
5. 具备较强的学习能力、良好的沟通协调能力及抗压能力、较强的问题分析解决能力,能够独立完成工作,且善于进行数据分析与工作总结。
6. 熟悉 SAP 系统及 MS Office 办公软件,可熟练运用英语进行读写工作;英语口语流利者优先。
