About this vacancy

The resource will be responsible for analyzing, defining, and optimizing production processes, ensuring compliance with quality standards and operational efficiency. Main Responsibilities: - Analyze the Technical Data Package (TDP) and provide feedback to the design team. - Evaluate time and methods, defining work cycles and production processes. - Develop and maintain production documentation, including part lists, work cycles, drawings, and production specifications. - Analyze production capacity and develop flow charts and Value Stream Maps to optimize production flows. - Manage non-conformity analysis and implement corrective actions. - Provide support to production departments and promote lean manufacturing methodologies (5S). - Utilize problem-solving tools (RCA, FMEA, Ishikawa diagram, 5 Why, 5W+1H, Pareto diagram) and quality methodologies. - Draft technical documentation such as method sheets, operating instructions, and technical reports.

What we expect from you

• Degree in Industrial Engineering or similar.
• Previous experience in the configuration of devices or their bill of materials.
• In-depth knowledge of ERP systems (such as SAP) and PLM.
• Ability to synthesize and clearly present data.
• Knowledge of production processes, workflows, and special processes.
• Experience with problem-solving tools and quality methodologies.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing (5S) and process control tools.
• Native Italian speaker and good knowledge of English.
