About this vacancy

As an Electrical Engineering Coordinator, you have the unique opportunity to combine your technical expertise and leadership skills. You are the point of contact for a team of inspectors, while remaining actively involved in electrical inspections at various clients and locations.
Your role
In this position, you have one foot in the field and the other in leadership. You ensure projects run smoothly, maintain quality standards, and help your team members grow.

• You coach and guide a close-knit team of inspectors, enabling them to grow both technically and personally.
• You conduct electrical inspections yourself, staying close to the technical aspects.
• You collaborate closely with planning and project management for optimal allocation of people and resources.
• You act as a sparring partner for clients, offering input on technical and commercial solutions.

You visit a variety of companies and locations-from high-tech production companies and large logistics centers to food and process industries, hospitals, office environments, and retail spaces. This diversity makes your work versatile and challenging: no day and no location are the same.

What we expect from you

We do not expect you to know everything already, but this provides a strong foundation for being successful in this role:

• At least a vocational level 4 (mbo 4) degree in Electrical Engineering
• Experience as an Electrical Engineering Inspector, preferably complemented by coordinating experience
• Knowledge of NEN 1010, NEN 3140, and SCIOS Scope 8
• A service-oriented and stress-resistant attitude
• Strong communication and leadership skills
