Site Construction Manager – Solar PV / Energy Projects

Contract Duration: ~8 months (full-time on-site)
Experience: Minimum 8 years

Role Summary
The Site Construction Manager will oversee all on-site construction activities for the BESS installation, ensuring strict compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and timelines. This role serves as the primary point of contact for site operations and coordinates between contractors, vendors, and project management.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day site operations for BESS installation.

• Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and environmental standards.

• Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors for timely execution of works.

• Monitor progress and provide regular updates to the Project Manager.

• Resolve site-related issues promptly and proactively.

• Supervise EPC progress, ensuring compliance with approved engineering documents and layouts.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.

• Minimum 8 years’ experience in construction management, preferably in energy or large-scale infrastructure projects.

• Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills.

• Proven track record in supervising EPC contractors and maintaining project quality, schedule, and safety standards.

Additional Information

• Full-time allocation on-site for the duration of the works.

• Scope covers supervision of EPC progress and verification of compliance with approved engineering designs and layouts.
