Job Purpose

• Execute Reliability Centred Maintenance (RCM) and Maintenance Engineering Support services.
• Implement a structured maintenance improvement process based on RCM and Failure Mode Effect Analysis (FMEA) techniques.

Key Job Accountabilities

1. Develop, review, and verify new and existing Equipment Strategies (ES) and PM plans according to company procedures to maximise equipment availability and reliability.
2. Facilitate RCM-FMEA sessions with cross-functional teams to determine equipment criticality and strategy.
3. Liaise with other engineering disciplines, maintenance, and operations to align on PM tasks and procedures while preparing ES.
4. Prepare and process PMCRs with technical documentation for timely approval and SAP implementation.
5. Monitor PMCR processing to ensure timely completion based on priority.
6. Provide RCM and Maintenance Engineering support to stakeholders to confirm equipment strategies are in place for company and projects.
7. Support Maintenance Planning & Excellence for SAP implementation to ensure all PM plans mitigate unreliability.
8. Monitor the quality of PM implementation in SAP to confirm correct ES, task lists, work centres, frequency, and schedules.
9. Prepare RCM presentations for asset monthly meetings, reporting KPIs, PMCR status, and key issues.
10. Provide coaching and on-the-job training (OJT) in RCM-FMEA tools and techniques to support development of Qatari national graduates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.

Knowledge and/or Experience

• Minimum 4 years' experience in an Oil and Gas environment.
