- Project Pricing: Develop accurate cost estimations and pricing for assigned projects.
- Technical Proposals: Formulate and recommend technical alternatives or variants to optimize solutions.
- Proposal Development: Draft the technical and methodological sections of commercial proposals, ensuring clarity and alignment with client requirements.
- Team Leadership: Lead a multidisciplinary project team consisting of Design Engineers and Draftsmen, or oversee external engineering offices when required.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders including MEP Project Managers, Design Engineers, Civil Works and Electrical Engineers, Synthesis Managers, BIM Coordinators, Planners, and Sales teams.
- Client Interaction: Engage with clients' technical teams to ensure project alignment and address technical queries.
- Team Supervision: Manage and support a team of 2 to 3 collaborators, fostering performance and professional development.
- Travel within mainland France is expected depending on project assignments.
- Occasional international travel may also be required.
